Have you ever been asked to do something you knew absolutely nothing about? That's exactly what happened to Chad Davis of Stookey Township, IL. He managed the design and installation of the city park's new playground. Nothing unusual about that, except that Chad is the town's highway commissioner. "When we decided to build a playground, the city found an old township law saying the building of park falls to the highway department if there was no parks department. We don't have a parks department, so I got the job. We had no experience with playgrounds and looked at several companies. Little Tikes was the clear choice, they had the best overall proposal and really communicated with us during the entire process. Nobody else did that.
